Introduce You To The Pressure Cylindrical Rubber Fender

The main function of pressure-bearing cylindrical rubber fenders is to provide a cushioning effect between a vessel (such as a boat or boat) and a dock or other fixed structure. This is reflected in the fact that they absorb the kinetic energy generated by the ship during berthing or mooring and distribute the impact force evenly along the length of the fender; withstand extreme weather conditions, and harsh marine environments, and act as a barrier to protect the dock and the vessel from damage.

The pressure-resistant cylindrical rubber fenders are made of high-quality rubber materials and are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, harsh marine environments, and repeated impacts. They consist of a cylindrical shape with a hollow center and are usually installed vertically or horizontally along the length of a dock or quay.

When a boat comes into contact with a pressure cylindrical rubber fender, the fender compresses and absorbs the kinetic energy of the impact. Compressed air inside the fenders creates a cushioning effect, reducing the impact on the ship and dock. The fenders then return to their original shape, ready to absorb the impact of the next boat.

In addition to the cushioning effect, pressure cylindrical rubber fenders also act as a barrier to protect docks and ships from damage. They help prevent scratches, dents, and other types of damage that can occur during berthing or mooring operations.
